Meet Sam
Sam is a Master Motorcycle Technician and Superbike Suspension Specialist with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the motorcycle industry. His career has taken him from dealership environments to international superbike race teams, working at the highest level of performance and precision.

From a young age, Sam has been immersed in motorcycles — riding, racing, building, and refining them. He graduated from his advanced Suzuki apprenticeship in 2010 before specialising in suspension and chassis setup, going on to work with top-level superbike race teams and contributing to championship-winning builds.
​
Alongside his technical expertise in diagnostics, engine work, and suspension, Sam has extensive experience in welding, fabrication, and custom motorcycle design. He ran his own workshop in the UK, building a reputation for high-quality custom work and developing a strong reputation through his projects, before moving down under and opening The Rev Shed.
​
Known for his attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and no-compromise approach to quality, Sam takes pride in doing things properly. Whether it’s a routine service or a complex build, his focus is always the same — performance, reliability, and getting the job done right.
